They Kick: @bellesnoisyfans
She Kicks, issue SK16, September 2013 p.43
A They Kick page in which the bellesnoisyfans, a small group of Doncaster Rovers Belles supporters, explain themselves. They formed when the FAWSL started, looking for ways to generate noise in a Keepmoat Stadium they knew would be hard to fill, and one of the gang, Kate, suggested bells. They could make a case for any Belle, from Nicola Hobbs’ shot-stopping to Jess Sigsworth’s strength and pace, and argue Lyndsey Cunningham and Katarzyna Lipka get too little credit while Millie Bright is a real leader whose youth is easy to forget, but single out Ashleigh Mills for rising from grassroots through the reserves. They were won over in 2009-10 when Vicky Exley and Rachel Williams stopped to chat after a game, and have missed only one fixture this season.
