Birmingham City captain Emily Westwood and vice-captain Kerys Harrop answer the Captain’s Chat questions in turn, both describing themselves as laid back leaders who lead by example in a squad with many young players. Westwood, who has played at European and World Cup finals for England, says she never expected to captain her club and so never consciously followed the example of previous skippers, though she looked up to Laura Bassett and Karen Carney anyway.
