The Late Show (WSL Transfer Round-up)

A comprehensive round-up of the Barclays WSL’s late summer transfer business, headlined by Grace Clinton’s move from Manchester United to Manchester City and Jess Park’s reverse switch the other way – a rare direct swap between title rivals. Grace Geyoro’s high-profile move from Paris Saint-Germain to London City Lionesses is covered alongside Alyssa Thompson’s switch from Angel City to Chelsea and Michelle Agyemang’s loan to Brighton. The piece runs through dozens more deals across every WSL club, from Chloe Kelly’s move to Arsenal and Ellie Carpenter joining Chelsea, to Fridolina Rolfö signing for Manchester United and the Australian Sam Kerr’s move to Liverpool via Bayern Munich. It captures a genuinely frantic close to the window, with London City Lionesses and Aston Villa especially active in the market.
