Stevenage Targeting Premier League Place (Amy Notschild interview)
She Kicks, issue 33, February 2016 p.42
Amy Notschild joined Stevenage aged eleven and, in her twelfth season with the club, hopes to see them promoted to the FA Women’s Premier League for the first time as Eastern League champions. She describes a strong summer recruitment drive that has produced the biggest squad in years, with new players settling quickly, and credits returning coach Andy O’Neill and manager Josie North with sessions built around the team’s performances. With Lowestoft no longer winning every game the league is far more open, and Stevenage have worked to make themselves the team to beat. She rates Billericay and a physical Haringey Borough side as the main threats, and singles out goalkeeper Chrissy Roberts as the season’s most improved player.
