SK Locker Room Pet Corner: Lily Agg

The Locker Room pet slot, with the Republic of Ireland midfielder fresh from two appearances at her country’s debut World Cup and a summer move to Birmingham City. Agg introduces Cooper, a small brown mini-dachshund she has had around nine months, named on her little sister’s suggestion. He is good at football, in that there is always a ball around the house, can offer a paw, roll and sit, and as a player would be snapping at ankles at speed. Morning cuddles are the best thing about him. Without her own place in Birmingham yet, she notes that a friend is looking after him and sends photographs she badly misses.
