SK Awards: Hamilton Academical (Gill Inglis and Megan Quinn)

Hamilton Academical captain Gill Inglis and defender Megan Quinn, whom the coaching staff call Jack and Victor, hand out squad awards after winning the 2016 SWPL Division 2 title. Deborah McLeod takes Lateness and tops the fines list; striker MT McGuiness has the fastest feet and runs like a gazelle. The manager wins Biggest Diva for throwing strops at a two-hour session while coaching a championship-winning side. Amy Lindsay is loudest, Elaine Fleming the brainiac full of useless facts, and Amie McGill the unsung hero who played every minute of every competitive game. Best goal goes to Deborah McLeod’s 89th-minute diving header against Buchan with the score at one-all.
