Southampton midfielder Molly Pike discusses her best individual season yet, in which she scored a Goal of the Season-contending strike against Arsenal in the Conti Cup. The 23-year-old reflects on working under new head coach Remi Allen, a former teammate at England youth level, and the standards being set as Southampton aim to end their inconsistency and push for a WSL return.
