SheTweets (and HeTweets): Katie & Jamie Sherwood (Yeovil Town / Cardiff City LFC)

A two-page experiment the magazine bills as a world first, a combined She Tweets and He Tweets interview conducted with husband and wife Team Sherwood: Cardiff City LFC manager Jamie Sherwood and Yeovil Town midfielder and mother of two Katie Sherwood. Between them they cover a season in which Cardiff’s reserves won their league and the first team challenged on both fronts, and the disappointment of losing the FAWPL Cup Final to Sheffield. Jamie says watching Katie play for the first time in two years will be brilliant and that he is her biggest fan and critic, while Katie describes collecting her 50th Wales cap at the Ukraine game, now in her parents’ trophy cabinet, and admits missing international football. Both discuss the two-hour trek to Yeovil and their son Alfie’s bewildering array of allegiances.
