She Tweets: Jenny Beattie

A ten-question Twitter exchange with the Scotland defender and forward, conducted before the win in the Faroe Islands. Jenny Beattie is enjoying life at Montpellier, though she still has to ask people to speak slowly, and says experiencing different countries’ styles develops her game while never ruling out a return to Scotland. She names Lisa Evans and Emma Mitchell as the squad’s comedy duo and reports a menu of chicken, chicken and more chicken. Her former Arsenal room-mate greeted her at the airport with a Starbucks but turned the light on four times in her sleep. She looks forward to friends and family at Motherwell for televised home games, appears in the Honeyballers documentary, and gives her recommended follow to Rachel Corsie, back from anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
