She Kicks Kit with Katharine Nutman

She Kicks, issue 23, September 2014 p.57

Oxford United’s Katharine Nutman answers the magazine’s recurring questionnaire about boots and shirts. She remembers Adidas Predator Accelerators as early favourites and now wears Nike Tiempos, always in black, because an uncle would not let her have colourful boots as a child. Valsport Green Stars were the softest and most distinctive pair she owned. Having recently thrown out five mud-caked pairs, she is down to three, though her trainers are beyond counting. Her younger brothers have the cleanest boots in the country because their grandmother still cleans them, while Amy Chivers has the dirtiest at Oxford. Nutman keeps England Under-15 and Under-17 shirts and a framed college shirt from the United States, recalls receiving the Spurs strip every year, and would swap shirts with Paul Scholes.
