A four-page round-up of the game below the WSL. Nottingham Forest’s Aileen Whelan previews a home FA Women’s Cup fifth-round tie with Arsenal, calling the draw typical but a great challenge, and credits manager Tanya Oxtoby’s coaching. FAWPL tables and top scorers are carried, with League Cup quarter-finals completed on 24 March: Aston Villa beat Blackburn Rovers on sudden-death penalties after a 1-1 tie, Portsmouth came from behind to beat Barnet 2-1, and holders Sunderland host Leeds. Cheryl Smith previews the SWPL, where treble winners Glasgow City remain the team to catch, and interviews Hamilton Academical manager Kevin Murphy on re-signing Ashley McDonald and losing Sarah Crilly and Laura Murray. Combination and regional title races are summarised, Morecambe’s Nick Barrett hails 60-goal Megan Doherty, and Supasnaps closes with twelve captioned pictures from around the country.
