Quick Kicks: Top Ten with Ria Percival (Tottenham Hotspur)

Born in Basildon and capped more than a hundred times by New Zealand, Ria Percival takes the magazine’s quickfire questionnaire. She describes herself as a workhorse who works hard, does not stop and will throw her body in anywhere. Away from her own games she watches football constantly, and if she were not a footballer she would want to be a professional at hockey or netball. Her dream ticket is a Beyonce gig. Family matters enough that it is what she would have embroidered on her boots. Asked which team-mate she would take on a weekend away she calls it the hardest question of the lot before settling on Hannah Godfrey. The standfirst claims no footballer of either sex has appeared at more major tournaments than she has.
