Quick Kicks: Top Ten with Pauline Bremer
She Kicks, issue 53, April 2019 pp.38–39
Manchester City’s German forward Pauline Bremer takes the Quick Kicks ten, her return to fitness described by the magazine as being like a new signing for the title challengers. She calls herself a straightforward player who looks for the way to goal but is above all a team player, would run the side out to AC/DC, and watches a lot of football across the Champions League, the Premier League and the Bundesliga. Beach volleyball would be her other professional sport, because it is played in the sun and you can still kick the ball. She would sign Wendie Renard, the best defender in the world and outstanding in possession too. The moment she would change is the tackle two years ago in which she broke her leg, which altered her whole career in an instant.
