Quick Kicks: Top Ten with Lisa Evans (Arsenal)

Arsenal’s Scotland winger takes the ten quick-fire questions and answers most of them at speed. She describes herself as fast, versatile and unselfish, hands full credit for the matchday playlist to Leah Williamson, and admits she watches football constantly – though not as constantly as her housemate Vivianne Miedema. The one serious answer is the moment she would delete: Scotland leading Argentina 3-0 at the World Cup and letting the advantage slip in the last twenty minutes. Asked which player she would sign, she picks Japan’s Mana Iwabuchi, a former Bayern Munich team-mate and the best number ten she has played with. Given a training session to run she would make it competitive – two-v-twos, three-v-threes – and given a weekend away she would take Emma Mitchell, on the grounds that Mitchy is daft as a brush and never boring.
