Poster: Kirsty Hanson

A single-page pin-up poster of Aston Villa and Scotland forward Kirsty Hanson, pictured in Villa’s claret-and-blue home kit in match action. No accompanying text beyond her name, club and nationality – a standalone image feature for readers to display, one of several single-page player posters used throughout this issue to break up longer features. It sits alongside the magazine’s wider news-page coverage of Aston Villa this issue, including the appointment of a new managing director, and reflects the growing presence of Scotland internationals across the Barclays WSL as the league’s talent pool continues to broaden season on season.
