Poster: Ellie Carpenter

A single-page pin-up poster of Chelsea and Australia defender Ellie Carpenter, published following her summer move to the club from French side OL Lyonnes, as reported among the season’s headline transfers elsewhere in this issue. No accompanying text beyond her name, club and nationality – a standalone image feature for readers to display, marking the arrival of one of the game’s most decorated full-backs at a Chelsea side building for another WSL and European title challenge, and continuing the magazine’s practice of pairing major transfer coverage with a dedicated poster for the player concerned.
