Silvia Neid will step down as Germany coach in 2016 with Steffi Jones taking over. Karen Carney becomes the first woman inducted into Birmingham City’s Hall of Fame. France wins hosting rights for the 2019 World Cup, FIFA’s task force proposes a Women’s Club World Cup from 2017, and the FA unveils a Regional Talent Programme to replace Centres of Excellence. The issue also mourns Tottenham chairman Glenn Weaver and former Newcastle chairman Phil Eadon.
