Lauren James – Chelsea & England

A single-page portrait poster of Chelsea and England forward Lauren James, pictured on the ball in the Blues’ navy kit. One of the WSL’s most exciting young attacking talents, James broke into Chelsea’s first team as a teenager and has since become a regular in Sarina Wiegman’s Lionesses squads, prized for her close control and directness in one-on-one situations. She is the younger sister of Chelsea and England men’s defender Reece James, continuing a footballing family lineage. Her breakthrough into senior international football included selection for the 2023 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, where her performances drew wide attention despite a mid-tournament sending-off and suspension. The portrait adds James to this issue’s collection of pull-out player posters, offering fans a wall-ready image of one of the domestic game’s brightest emerging stars.
