Kit Check: Nicole Samson

The New Saints midfielder Nicole Samson, 18, takes on the SK Locker Room Kit Check as her club chases another top-four Genero Adran Premier finish. A boots-and-shirts profile reveals her first pair of Adidas Predators, her current white Nike boots embroidered with ‘UTST’ and ‘1864’ in tribute to boyhood club Wrexham, and a framed shirt from Wrexham’s promotion-winning, TikTok-sponsored season. Samson, who competes this campaign for league places against her boyhood club, admits her mum has binned several old pairs of boots over the years and rates her current shin pads a six out of ten for freshness. A breezy look at match-day essentials and fandom from one of Welsh football’s rising young midfielders.
