Harris is Happy at Belles (Glen Harris interview)
She Kicks, issue 25, January 2015 pp.30–31
Former Lincoln Ladies boss Glen Harris returns to management as head coach of WSL 2 side Doncaster Rovers Belles, and says he could not be happier. He did not apply this time: having gone for the job when Gordon Staniforth was appointed, he was approached by the club and was flattered. In the interim he has run the girls’ Centres of Excellence for Lincolnshire FA and watched a great deal of football with his daughter Martha. Sue Smith, Leandra Little and Nicola Hobbs, all of whom he worked with at Lincoln, were key influencers in his decision. Harris wants to strengthen squad depth without destabilising the unity he regards as a Belles strength, and would not have taken the role without believing promotion was achievable.
