Nineteen-year-old Norway forward Ada Hegerberg discusses her summer move from Turbine Potsdam to two-time European champions Olympique Lyonnais, where she is likely to partner Lotta Schelin in attack alongside Louisa Necib, Camille Abily and Eugenie Le Sommer. Lyon wanted a young player who already had quality, she says, and matters moved quickly once the clubs found a solution. Hegerberg is clear that the move was about her own development rather than Potsdam missing out on the Champions League, and that she had wanted to leave before Lyon showed interest.
