For Kicks & Giggles: Where’s Viv? and Where’s Your Head At?

The back-page puzzle spread runs two games. Where’s Viv? uses Lynne Cameron’s photograph of the Arsenal squad lining up for a team picture, with ten changes worked into the second image: an extra hand on Beth Mead’s shoulder, a missing stripe on the goalkeeper’s shorts, a beret, a seagull, a pair of shades and a man who has vanished from the background. Where’s Your Head At? is the issue’s own invention, six photographs of players whose heads have been removed – one of them hiding under a set of bibs – to be identified from the surrounding clues. The answer key gives Abbie McManus, Courtney Brosnan, Rinsola Babajide, Sam Kerr, Megan Rapinoe and Ellen White, and the page cheerfully concedes it is overly happy with its own title.
