For Kicks & Giggles: Spot the Difference
She Kicks, issue SK06, February 2012 p.46
The back-of-book fun page marks the United States women’s team’s CONCACAF triumph and qualification for London 2012 with a spot-the-difference built from a photograph of the squad celebrating, in which seven amendments have been made. The printed answers run from a rocket man and a My Little Pony to Vic Reeves appearing in the crowd, Lori Lindsey gurning in the centre of the group, a funny medal hung on Megan Rapinoe, a missing apostrophe in ‘Women’s’ on the podium, and an eight dropped from head coach Pia Sundhage’s identity card. The same page carries the answers to the England players’ New Year’s resolutions quiz from pages 40 and 41, naming all eighteen participants in order from Jill Scott through to Ellen White.
