The fun page marks the Olympic countdown with two puzzles. Readers are invited to identify the winners of the previous four Olympic women’s football tournaments from photographs, and then to predict who will take gold in 2012; the printed answers give the United States in 1996, Norway in 2000 and the United States again in 2004 and 2008. Alongside it is a spot-the-difference built from a picture of England and Team GB defender Alex Scott, a regular reporter for the magazine, being interviewed at Wembley by BBC Radio London’s Emma Jones at the squad announcement. The five planted changes include an enlarged microphone, a diver appearing in the background, missing spectacles on a design, a vanished blue bucket and Scott’s hand disappearing from behind her back.
