She Kicks, issue 31, November 2015 p.49
A round-up of the FA Women’s Premier League divisions accompanied by photographic snapshots from around the leagues and cups. Derby County hold a three-point lead over Sporting Club Albion at the top of a tight Northern Division with five points covering the top five, while Brighton lead the Southern by two after a controversial stoppage-time winner against Coventry, who responded with a 3-0 win at second-placed Cardiff. Leicester City Women are six points clear in the Midlands with eight straight wins and Wolves have won all five of theirs. Hull have replaced Middlesbrough atop Northern Division 1, Crystal Palace’s perfect record ended in a draw at Cambridge, Luton gained ground in the South East, and Swindon Town lead the South West. Captioned images feature Leanne Ross and Kirsty Smith in the SWPL decider, Alex Keown against Kit Graham, Nicola Cousins against Paige Williams, and grassroots cup action.
