FA Women’s Football Awards Nominations

The nominations for the FA Women’s Football Awards, to be held at Madame Tussaud’s in London on 14 November, are published in full. Matt Beard, Jayne Ludlow and David Parker contest FA WSL Manager of the Year, with James Marrs, Helen Mitchell and Craig Nicholls up for the FA WPL equivalent. Karen Carney, Jess Clarke and Ji So-Yun are shortlisted for Players’ Player of the Year in WSL 1, and Millie Bright, Fran Kirby and Beth Mead in WSL 2, while Natasha Baptiste, Carla Humphrey and Katie Zelem represent the Development League. Charlotte Gurr, Jodie Michalska, Sam Pittuck and Lucy Quinn are the FA WPL nominees. Liverpool and Yeovil Town contest Club of the Year, with Derby County, Sheffield FC and Tottenham Hotspur nominated at WPL level.
