Caroline Weir Poster

A two-page poster spread for Scotland midfielder Caroline Weir, pictured in Real Madrid colours across facing pages – a full-bleed action image followed by a name-and-club title page. As with the issue’s other single-player posters, no interview or write-up accompanies the image; it functions purely as a collectible visual feature for readers to keep or display. Weir, one of Scotland’s most recognisable modern players, is referenced elsewhere in the same issue as a childhood inspiration for SWPL 2 rising talent Cara Borthwick, who recalls watching her play for Scotland at Hampden Park as a young fan, underlining Weir’s standing across the domestic Scottish game as well as at club level with Real Madrid in Spain’s Liga F, where she continues her career after a high-profile move from Manchester City.
