Her Goal, issue 3, February 2026 pp.34–40
Chris Brookes revisits November 2014, when Bristol Academy knocked Barcelona out of the Champions League at Ashton Gate, and finds the Barca scorer from that night now playing for the club that beat her. Losada, a big summer signing for Bristol City’s promotion push, talks about adapting to WSL 2, where she finds more time on the ball but less organisation, and about Mercury13’s investment in the club. She reflects on Vero Boquete’s example, an early move to Western New York Flash alongside Carli Lloyd and Abby Wambach, injury-hit years at Manchester City, and never getting to say goodbye to Spain. She holds a UEFA B licence and wants to coach.
