Brighton & Hove Albion: Fast Facts & Ground Grab

The Seagulls arrive in the WSL as champions of the FA Women’s Premier League Southern Division and winners of the play-off final, a season of twenty-two league games that ran to seventeen wins. Charlotte Gurr led the scoring with fourteen goals in twenty-two appearances, ahead of Amy Taylor’s eleven; Vicky Ashton-Jones and Kirsty Barton played every match. Interim manager for the Spring Series is George Parris, a fifty-two-year-old former Albion midfielder who played professionally for West Ham, Birmingham and Brighton, took charge for the play-off final, and doubles as technical director of the club’s Regional Talent Club. Home games are at the Sussex FA ground on Culver Road in Lancing, at seven pounds for adults, with a short walk from Lancing station. She Kicks tips them as a possible surprise package.
