Born Kicking: Ellen and Faye Dixon

Sisters Ellen, ten, and Faye, seven, answer the Born Kicking questionnaire together. Ellen plays for Berrow JFC’s Under-11 mixed team and Somerset ACC’s Under-12 girls and trains with Yeovil Town Ladies Development; Faye plays for Berrow’s Under-8 mixed side. Both support Liverpool’s men and Arsenal Ladies. Ellen plays centre midfield to distribute and both attack and defend, and describes herself as a leader with good vision; Faye plays right wing because she is fast. Both name Casey Stoney as a hero, and Ellen adds Yeovil’s Ellie Curson. Ellen has porridge and banana before every match, Faye rice. Ellen has Stoney’s autograph many times over.
