Born Kicking: Ava Sinead Phillips

Ava Sinead Phillips turns ten on 10 October, plays for Burnham Wildcats, supports Fulham and holds a Reading Women season ticket she cannot wait to use again, along with her younger brother Shay. She plays midfield because it lets her help in defence and still have a go at goal, describes herself as fast, forward and a goal-scorer, and would most like to play in white and black or red because those are Fulham’s colours. Her funniest football memory is tripping over the ball and landing on her backside as she shaped to shoot in a real match.
