Big Match/Dates Diary

The issue’s fixtures and dates diary sets out a dense November for the women’s game across Britain and Ireland. It opens with the UEFA Women’s Champions League quarter-final and semi-final draws on 8 November, and takes in a run of Euro 2021 qualifiers – Norway against Northern Ireland, Albania against Scotland, Greece against the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland against Wales at Seaview. The centrepiece is England’s sold-out friendly with Germany at Wembley on 9 November, followed by the first and second rounds of the Women’s FA Cup, the North West Football Awards, the UEFA Under-19 Elite Round draw, the Asian Champions League and the Scottish Women’s Awards. Women’s Football Weekend on 17 November sits alongside the FA of Wales Cup second round, with the FA Cup third round pencilled in for January.
