AFC Welwyn won a very tight Beds & Herts League Premier Division title race, as goal difference narrowly separated the top three teams.

With their fixtures completed, unbeaten AFC Welwyn had drawn seven times and consequently only led the league on goal difference from Ware United.

Ampthill Town needed a win in their final match at Stotfold Town to secure the runners-up spot, and a five-goal margin to clinch the championship.

Their 3-2 victory put them ahead of Ware by a couple of goals but still three short of Welwyn, as they finished level on points with the champions for the second season running.

Watford Ladies DFC Development had to win their last match to pip London Lions to the Division 1 title. But Ella Clement hit a hat-trick as Harpenden Town went away 3-2 victors.

Bury Rangers won Division 2, with EB Lions finishing level on points but ultimately at least two goals short of improving their position.

Hitchin Belles Whites were Division 3 champions by a two-point margin over Leighton Woodside.
