Blackburn finally got off the mark at the twelfth attempt with a great point away to title-chasing Cheadle, Ashley Tiripke with the late leveller after Rovers had trailed 2-0. Stockport pulled off a 3-0 victory at second-placed Wythenshawe thanks to Emily Bradshaw’s first-half hat-trick, to move up to fifth place.

Stourbridge are goal difference away from escaping the relegation zone after drawing with Sutton Coldfield. Sheffield FC’s got the only goal at Kidderminster through Darcy Dickens.

Marine Academy leapfrogged visitors Keynsham into eighth spot, Portishead edged off the bottom at the expense of hosts Worthing, against whom they netted three second-half goals.
