Adran South side Penybont held top-flight Barry Town United to a 0-0 draw before going on to beat them in a penalty shootout.

Wrexham Foresters’ Savannah Miller gave them the lead at Flint Town United, Laura Tobin’s hat-trick sealed the win, with Kirstie Kural completing the scoring by the hour mark for the side enjoying their debut season at the top of the Central Wales League North table.

Llangefni Town nearly pulled off an upset after coming back from a two-goal deficit against Llandudno, but the Adran North visitors won on penalties as Seren Cashen converted the winner.

Pure Swansea eventually advanced on penalties after being pegged back three times by hosts Taffs Well.

Cup holders for four years, Cardiff City won the capital clash over Cardiff Met with five different scorers, while Swansea City were three up at Aberystwyth Town before the home side pulled a goal back.

Rosie Hughes hit four first-half goals for Wrexham at NFA, Faye Hillier-Knox added a seven-minute treble after the break.

The New Saints put ten past Bangor with four for Tiggeraa Webb and three from Caitlin Chapman, Jade Crofts scored three of Briton Ferry’s seven at Ammanford, Madison Lloyd matched that tally as Pontypridd United beat lower league Pontypridd Ladies

A Millie Davies double set up Llantwit Fardre for a 3-1 result at Undy, Adele Guymer made a 80th-minute breakthrough for Carmarthen Town at Goytre, a Manon Evans brace was enough for Llanystumdwy to see off Pwllheli, while Cambrian United came through 5-2 at Porth Harlequins where Kelly Isaac and Hazel Lockwood-Jones contributed two goals apiece.
