Glasgow City drew their UEFA Women’s Europa Cup Round of 16 1st Leg tie at home to Sporting CP 1-1.

Natalia Wróbel put Glasgow City ahead in the first half, but Telma Encarnação levelled the score for the Lisbon side after 75 minutes.

The return leg is next Wednesday, 19 November, at Stadium Aurelio Pereira in Alcochete.

Eintracht Frankfurt struck twice in the last five minutes through Laura Freigang to win 2-1 at PSV Eindhoven, BSC YB Frauen scored three second-half goals at Sparta Prague, while Ajax got a late goal back in a 3-1 defeat to Hammarby.

Austria Wien’s Almedina Sisic grabbed them an 86th-minute winner at Anderlecht, Joy Ogochukwu got the only goal for Fortuna Hjørring at Breiðablik.

There were 1-0 home wins as Alberta Mott netted for Nordsjælland against Mura and Cecilía Rán Rúnarsdóttir conceded a fourth-minute own-goal for Inter Milan at BK Häcken.
