The FIFA Women's World Cup Qualifying Draw Has Been Made

The FIFA Women’s World Cup Qualifying draw for Brazil 2027 has grouped England with Spain, Iceland and Ukraine.

Republic of Ireland are also in League A and face France, Netherlands and Poland.

League B’s groups include Wales with Czechia, Albania and Montenegro, Scotland up against Belgium, Israel and Luxembourg, while Northern Ireland meet Switzerland, Turkiye and Malta.

The qualifiers take place from March to June 2026, with 11 European nations heading to the finals in Brazil, with possibly a twelfth coming through an intercontinental play-off.

The four winners of each League A group will automatically qualify, seven more berths will be available through play-offs, as well as the inter-confederation play-offs, all over two rounds in October and November 2026.

League A: 

Group A1 – Sweden, Italy, Denmark, Serbia
Group A2 – France, Netherlands, Poland, Republic of Ireland
Group A3 – Spain, England, Iceland, Ukraine
Group A4 – Germany, Norway, Austria, Slovenia

League B: 

Group B1 – Wales, Czechia, Albania, Montenegro
Group B2 – Switzerland, Northern Ireland, Turkiye, Malta
Group B3 – Portugal, Finland, Slovakia, Latvia
Group B4 – Belgium, Scotland, Israel, Luxembourg

League C: 

Group C1 – Bosnia & Herzegovina, Estonia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein
Group C2 – Croatia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Gibraltar
Group C3 – Hungary, Azerbaijan, North Macedonia, Andorra
Group C4 – Greece, Faroe Islands, Georgia
Group C5 – Romania, Cyprus, Moldova
Group C6 – Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia
