Emilie Haavi made it 2-2 from outside the box on a Roma breakaway, only for Linda Caicedo to set up Redondo’s second before half time.
Redondo turned provider after the restart from a corner for Maëlle Lakrar to give Madrid a 4-2 lead, Weir got her second and Eva Navarro headed home a cross from Caicedo for 6-2.
