
Man Utd Women’s Elisabeth Terland hit a hat-trick as they beat PSV Eindhoven 4-0 in a UEFA Women’s Champions League 2nd Qualifying Round Semi-Final.
Marc Skinner’s side took an early lead, as Lisa Naalsud forced a defensive error and Elisabeth Terland netted with just seven minutes on the clock at the Stockholm Arena.
Julia Olme Zigiotti hit the post for United but Celin Bizet did double the lead before the break, scoring from close range after Moon Esteves made a good initial save Esteves made the initial save.
The Reds also struck seven minutes into the second half, Ella Toone slipping in Terland to double her tally in the match.
The same pair combined again, as after a one-two with Toone, Terland completed her hat-trick.
Manchester United will now play in the group final on Saturday at 6pm BST, facing the victor from Wednesday evening’s tie between group hosts Hammarby and Metalist Khakiv.
