ScottishPower Womens Premier League Champions Hibernian Kick Off at Home

The 2025-26 ScottishPower Women’s Premier League season gets underway on Sunday 17 August, as Hibernian start their title defence against Aberdeen.

Glasgow City finished three points off the top and host Motherwell, Hearts face Celtic in a clash of last term’s fifth and fourth-placed teams respectively.

Montrose avoided relegation by just a point and have a testing first game with a visit from Rangers, who were third.

Hamilton Academical kick-off their return to the top-flight by welcoming Partick Thistle.

Relegated pair Dundee United and Queen’s Park meet in SWPL2, Spartans were the other side to go down and they travel to the returning Stirling University.

Runners-up in 2024-25, Kilmarnock play St Johnstone, Livingston are home to Boroughmuir Thistle who were third last season, while promoted East Fife go up against Gartcairn.
