Leicester City Women have signed Celeste Boureille on a one-year contract following her three years with Montpellier in the French Première Ligue.
The former USA U-23 international arrives with over 200 senior appearances across four professional leagues; NWSL outfit Portland Thorns, loans to Canberra United, Brisbane Roar and FC Fleury, then 64 games at Montpellier.
Speaking on Foxes Hub, Celeste said: “I haven’t experienced playing in England yet, but I know it’s one of the best leagues and competitions in the world.
“I am looking forward to challenging myself every day against the best players and hopefully helping the team as much as I can.”
