
London City Lionesses have signed Spanish international goalkeeper Elene Lete from Real Sociedad on a two-year deal.
She has made 50 senior appearances the Spanish top-flight team and represented Spain at every youth level before breaking into the senior set up.
Head coach Jocelyn Prêcheur told londoncitylionesses.com: “Elene has a lot of experience already.
“She is a great goalkeeper and will bring us her knowledge of the higher level.
“She is a very good example to follow for all of our young goalkeepers in the club, and we are very lucky to have her on board”
Lete commented: “I believe the club has a great project and a lot of ambition, and this move could be a big step in my career.”
