The winners of the all-Celtic clash will meet ŽNK Agram of Croatia in the group final, with tournament mini-hosts yet to be decided.
Cliftonville meet KFF Mitrovica in another three-team section, for the right to face Lanchkhuti in their group decider.
Group 1: Racing Union Luxembourg v AEK Athens, Tallinna FC Flora v Riga
Group 2: Agarista CSF Anenii Noi v Swieqi United, Spartak Myjava v ŽFK Budućnost
Group 3: ŽFK Ljuboten v NSÍ Runavík, NSA Sofia v Pyunik
Group 4: FC Kiryat Gat v ABB Fomget or Neftçi PFK
Group 5: ŽNK Agram v Cardiff City or Athlone Town
Group 6: Lanchkhuti v KFF Mitrovica or Cliftonville
All group semi-finals are on Wednesday 30 July, with finals and third-place matches on Saturday 3 August. The winners of the finals qualify for the second qualifying round champions path, to be drawn at 1pm this afternoon, along with the League Path ties.
