Manchester United Women to play Eindhoven in UWCL

The UEFA Women’s Champions League second qualifying round draw has paired Manchester United with PSV Eindhoven in one of the group semi-finals.

The winners of that tie will go up against Hammarby or Metalist 1925 Kharkiv in the group final.

Glasgow City are in a three-team group and playing Austria Wien, with FC Minsk awaiting in the final.

Hibernian tackle Danish side Fortuna Hjørring, with Apollon and BSC YB Frauen in their section’s other semi-final.

All group semi-finals are on Wednesday 27 August, with finals and third-place matches on Saturday 30 August.

Group final winners progress in the UWCL Champions or League Path, while teams finishing second or third in their tables will join the new Europa Cup competition at second and first stages respectively.
