Sky Sports have selected the next meeting of Celtic and Rangers, scheduled for Sunday 15 November. The fixture will be broadcast live on Sky Sports, kicking off at 12 noon, and Grant Scott’s side will be hoping to get the better of their rivals after their recent 5-2 defeat at Broadwood.
BBC ALBA have selected a further five fixtures during the period beginning on Wednesday 21 October when Glasgow City welcome Rangers. This fixture has a history of producing exciting contests and this meeting under
the lights at Petershill is set to be no different.
Later that week, the BBC ALBA cameras will return to Springburn as Partick Thistle host Glasgow City in the
Petershill Derby on Sunday 25 October and on Sunday 8 November, they will head to Rangers’ meeting with Heart of Midlothian, as last season’s top 2 face each other at Broadwood Stadium. Rangers came out on top in their first encounter of the season, with a 3-0 away win over the Jambos in late August.
The following weekend, BBC ALBA will make their way to the capital for Hearts’ clash with Hibernian on Saturday 14 November. The fixture will be the second Edinburgh Derby of the 2026/27 campaign following Sunday’s match at Easter Road, which culminated in a 3-2 win for the maroon half of the city.
The final selection of the calendar year from BBC ALBA will see Hibernian welcome Rangers, on Sunday 20
December, with the fixture forming part of an exciting final weekend of league action, before the festive break.
BBC Sport Scotland have selected three further fixtures to be streamed live on BBC iPlayer. Rangers’ meeting with Hibernian on Sunday 18 October will be followed by Partick Thistle’s visit to Rangers, on Sunday 13 December.
The final BBC Sport Scotland selection of 2026 will take place on Sunday 20 December, when Glasgow City welcome the 2025/26 SPWPL Champions, Heart of Midlothian.
Fiona McIntyre, SWPL Managing Director, said: “We are delighted to confirm the further nine ScottishPower
Women’s Premier League fixtures that will be broadcast across Sky Sports, BBC ALBA and BBC Sport Scotland,
taking us to the halfway point in the 2026/27 season.
“As the season progresses, every fixture takes on added importance, and these matches all promise great
excitement as teams look to ensure they are in strong positions going into 2027.
“We encourage supporters to get along to matches wherever possible, or to tune in via Sky Sports, BBC ALBA
and BBC Sport Scotland to follow the pick of the action throughout autumn and into the festive period.”
