Aston Villa Women have confirmed that they have parted ways with manager Natalia Arroyo.
In a statement on avfc.co.uk, the club said: ‘Natalia was appointed manager in January 2025, having previously been at Real Sociedad Femenino, and secured the club’s WSL status at the end of that season.
In the interim, Brian Sørensen, Women’s Technical Advisor, will take charge of first team playing affairs and will lead the team on Wednesday when they play Newcastle United Women in the Subway Players Cup at Keys Park.’
Villa have drawn two and lost two matches in the Barclays WSL, sitting 13th in the table after a 9th-place finish last term.
