EASTERN – Cambridge City Progress on Penalties

League Cup 2nd Round – One tie went to a shoot-out and two were decided in extra time as Cambridge City progressed 4-3 on penalties at Wormley Rovers following a 1-1 deadlock, Hertford Town won 2-1 at Colchester United aided by a goal from substitute Isabelle May, and Watford Ladies Development came out on top 5-3 over Hitchin Belles. AFC Sudbury scored the sole goal at Chelmsford City, Bowers & Pitsea beat Real Bedford Development 4-2 with help from an Olivia Harris brace, Royston Town narrowly knocked out Enfield Town 2-1, and Harpenden Town’s Sophia Amanor bagged a hat-trick between the 40th and 50th minutes in a 6-0 result at Leyton Orient. Othr rsults were: Dunstable 0-4 Atletico London, Haringey Borough 7-0 Ampthill Town, Hutton 0-6 Wroxham Southend United 0-3 Histon, Toby Women 6-2 Newmarket Town, Costessey Sports 3-1 Luton Town Development, Stevenage Reserves 4-1 St Albans City, while Brentwood Town had a walkover in their tie with Thetford Town, as did Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers against Mulbarton Wanderers.

EAST MIDLANDS – Price Scores Four for Five-Goal Asfordby

Premier – Mansfield Town made it three wins from three with the only goal at Lincoln Women. Newport Pagnell Town’s Chloe Martin scored in the 95th minute in a 3-3 draw with Nottingham Trent University, whose Hannah Smoot bagged a brace. Stamford were pegged back by Grimsby Town for a 2-2 result, and Doncaster Rovers Belles versus Loughborough Foxes Vixens finished 1-1.

1 Central – Asfordby Amateurs’ Monique Price scored four goals in their 5-1 win over Melbourne Dynamo. Basford United ran out 6-2 winners at Pride Park after being tied 1-1 at the break. Sherwood claimed a 3-1 victory at Coalville Town, while it ended 1-1 between Thurmaston DPC Vixens and Oakham United, 3-3 as University of Nottingham hosted Long Eaton United.

1 North – Handsworth’s 8-1 succss at SJR Worksop faturd a four-goal haul for Delia Hurdiss, Belper Town’s Alice Faulding rcordd a hat-trick as they won 5-3 at Dronfield Town. YP Womens sank hosts Newark Town 7-1, Notts County Development edged Hucknall Town 3-2.

1 South – Leicester City LFC extended their winning start to three matches with a 5-2 beating of Dunton & Broughton United. Wellingborough Town edged past Northampton Town Development 2-1, thanks to a decisive goal from Lekeisha Tinsdeall. Spalding United defeated Stanground Cardea Sports 5-1 away.

LONDON & SOUTH EAST – Saltdean Devs Win Top Two Clash

Premier – Brentford put eight goals past Newhaven, with half of them from Ashley Cheatley, as they moved two points clear at the topm while Barking’s Grace Hall scored twice in a 2-2 draw with Bromley. Millwall Lionesses overturned a 2-1 half-time deficit to win 3-2 at Sutton United, where Ciara Watling netted the decider. Ashford Town followed up a 2-1 midweek victory at Dorking by defeating Aylesford 5-2, Wanderers responded with a 2-1 win at Eastbourne Borough, and Worthing took down Hammersmith by the same score.

1 North – Dulwich Hamlet Reserves stayed top with a 2-1 result over AFC Greenwich Borough, while Maidstone United made it four wins in a row with a 9-0 victory against Sport London E Benfica, as did Camden Town 5-1 against Actonians Reserves. Clapton CFC triumphed 4-1 at Hackney, Carshalton Athletic beat Ebbsfleet United 5-2, and Tooting Bec secured the only goal at home to Herne Bay through Hannah Curwen.

1 South – Saltdean United Development’s Amy White scored a couple as they won 3-0 at Ashmount Leigh to replace them at the top of the table. Three Bridges were held 2-2 at home by Hastings United after Danielle Parfitt netted her second goal of the game. Tonbridge Angels beat Montpelier Villa 3-1, and Sevenoaks Town did likewise against Steyning Town.

NORTH EAST – Leam Rangers Recover Three-Goal Gap on North Shields

Premier – Birtley Town have won all their matches to date after a 3-2 result against Spennymoor Town, whose Sophie Hodgson was shown a late red card. Rotherham United ran out 4-1 victors at Ossett United, Leeds Modernians struck three times without reply at Ponteland United, i2i International Soccer Academy beat Wallsend BC 4-1, and Harrogate Town defeated South Shields 3-1.

1 North – Park View’s fourth straight win came with a 3-2 triumph over Stockton Town as Christina Aniamai scored twice. Norton & Stockton Ancients Reserves are in a similar position after a Kerry Heslop winner secured a 4-3 result at Redcar Town. Gateshead Leam Rangers came from 4-1 and 6-3 down to draw 6-6 with North Shields Athletic as Eva Mullen and Scarlett Smith hit hat-tricks. Sunderland West End’s Zara Johnson got the only goal against Hartlepool United. Darlington’s Harriet Raine bagged a brace during a 5-3 victory at Washington, and Boldon beat Gateshead Rutherford 4-1.

1 South – Thackley dropped their first points as Altofts claimed their first in a 1-1 draw, while York City Development hit Lower Hopton for six with Grace Slack scoring three times. Rossington Main’s Lauren Breen also netted a treble in a 4-2 result at FC Farsley, and Knaresborough Town’s Jennifer Pavlou did the same in their 5-2 win at Ilkley Town. Evolution secured a 4-1 success at Sheffield Wednesday, and Bottesford Town were victorious by a single goal at Cleethorpes Town.

NORTH WEST – Wirral Phoenix Win 4-3 in Added Time

Premier – Nantwich Town’s Megan Andrews scored the only goal at Preston North End, while Darwen’s Kyra Lindsay was the lone scorer against Tranmere Rovers. Bury won 2-0 at Poulton Vics, FC St. Helens beat second-placed Mancunian Unity 3-1, and Crewe Alexandra’s Lola Taylor netted both their goals in a 2-2 draw with FC United of Manchester.

1 Central – Rochdale have maximum points from five games after a 2-1 defeat of Altrincham. Wigan Athletic Ladies’ Isobel Ball scored three times in a 7-2 success at Bury Reserves, Atherton Laburnum Rovers edged Stockport County Ladies 3-2, and Salford City Lionesses drew 1-1 with Wythenshawe Town.

1 North – Accrington Stanley grabbed their fifth win in a row with a 6-1 score over Penrith, while Workington Town matched that with a 3-1 result at Haslingden. Blackburn CSC stunned Blackpool 7-2, and Wigan Athletic FC thrashed Bolton Wanderers Reserves 8-0.

1 South – Wirral Phoenix left Runcorn Linnets with a 4-3 win after Rebecca Beesley’s stoppage-time goal. MSB Woolton beat Mossley Hill Athletic 2-1 following Isabel Davies’ decider on 45 minutes, and Warrington Town lost 1-3 to Wirral United.

Macron League Cup Preliminary Round – Bolton Wanderers overcame hosts Morecambe 12-2.

SOUTHERN – Penn & Tylers Matchwinner Sent Off

Premier – Farnham Town drew 1-1 with AFC Portchester, and the same outcome occurred between Reading and Oxford City. Winchester City Flyers won by the odd goal in five at Chesham United, Southampton Women were 3-1 winners at Sholing, Fleet Town scored the sole goal at Woodley United, and Denham United beat Beaconsfield Town by three.

1 North – Penn & Tylers Green edged Badshot Lea 3-2, with Maisie Williams sent off after scoring the winner and Lillian Hawkins also dismissed for the visitors. Barton United’s Bryony Vaughan netted two of their three goals at Kidlington, while Abingdon United Development beat Finchampstead thanks to a Lorena Lopez-Catalan strike. Oxford City Development drew 1-1 with Farnborough, and Slough Town tied 2-2 with Chesham United Development.

1 South – AFC Varsity’s Freya Lines completed her double after 95 minutes for a 2-1 win at AFC Stoneham, while Millbrook beat Guernsey 2-1 with a goal from substitute Isabelle Turner. Bognor Regis Town defeated Wimborne Town 4-2, Havant & Waterlooville scored both goals at Andover New Street, AFC Portchester Reserves netted all three at Whitchurch United, and Bournemouth Sports Reserves bagged all four at Bursledon.

SOUTH WEST – Bridgwater Maintain Perfect Start With 10

Premier – Portishead’s 3-1 victory over B2A Women was their third win from three games. Yeovil Town’s Isabella Foster hit a hat-trick in their 3-2 win at Poole Town. AEK Boco’s 3-1 defeat of Yate Town featured a Lucy Atkinson brace, while Sherborne Town took the points by the same score at Royal Wootton Bassett Town.

1 Central – Whitchurch were 4-0 winners at Bath City, Portishead Reserves claimed a 4-2 victory away at Brislington, Stockwood Wanderers’ Isabella Marsh scored the decider in a 3-2 result at Paulton Rovers, and Wells City drew 1-1 with Keynsham Town Ladies.

1 North – Hartpury made it three wins on the spin 4-1 at Bristol Brunel, Downend Flyers’ Weronika Jozefowska scored the only goal against Corsham Town, whose Scarlett Nolan was red-carded after half an hour. Gloucester City Reserves returned with a 4-3 victory from FC Abbey Meads, while Mangotsfield United netted nine past Cirencester Town, including a Lola Hicks treble.

1 South – Bridgwater United Reserves continued their perfect start into a third match where Eden Emily Hurst scored a goal and received a red card in the 2-1 win at Ilminster Town. Plymouth Marjon handed Ridgeway a 5-1 defeat despite the dismissal of substitute Crystal-Mae Pollock, Newquay claimed a 2-0 victory at Bishops Lydeard, while it ended 2-2 between St Agnes and Sticker.

WEST MIDLANDS – Hednesford Sting Shrews

Premier – Hednesford Town stunned hosts Shrewsbury Town 5-0 to replace them at the top of the table. Redditch Borough moved into second on goal difference after scoring nine times against Knowle, with four from Alisha Sheridan and three by Jessica Hood, while their visitors had Sophie Henness sent off. Port Vale were held 2-2 by Leek Town after Katie Maya levelled in the 90th minute. Coundon Court won 4-0 at Stourbridge, Lichfield City beat Shifnal Town 3-1, and Solihull Moors defeated Coventry Sphinx 3-1.

1 North – Walsall came from 2-1 down to beat Newcastle Town 5-2, watched by a crowd of 378 at the Bescot Stadium on Friday. Sutton United Ladies secured their fourth win from four with a 3-0 victory in front of 300 at Shrewsbury Up & Comers. Telford Town’s Maisie-Mae Docherty scored twice in a 3-2 win at AFC Telford United, while Chasetown triumphed 3-1 at Burton Albion.

1 South – Halesowen Town only just made it four straight wins with a 4-3 victory against Redditch United, while Alvechurch beat Leamington 4-2 after trailing 2-1 for their third win in a row. Hereford FC won 2-1 at Bromsgrove Sporting, and Long Itchington claimed a 4-1 victory at Evesham United. Worcester City U-21s drew 2-2 with Droitwich Spa, whose Holly Rogers bagged a late double.
