Little Kicks: Born Kicking with Chloe Logan (age 8)

The magazine’s young-reader slot, this issue with eight-year-old Chloe Logan from north Nottinghamshire, a Sheffield United Women fan who plays for the club’s Under-9 Bladettes and is described, accurately, as brilliantly sharp for a mini-Blade. She is two-footed, plays central midfield because she likes to defend, start attacks and score the occasional goal, and would like a Sheffield red and white shirt. Asked to describe herself as a footballer in three to five words she offers running, tackling, forward passing. Her heroes are her team-mates and her biggest fans her family; the funniest thing that has happened was tangling boot laces with a team-mate in training and ending up giggling on the floor. The player she would most like to meet is her namesake Chloe Kelly.
