The She Kicks Locker Room: What’s On Your Phone? with Demi Stokes (Manchester City)

The Manchester City and England full-back, approached because she is part of BT’s Hope United campaign against online abuse, lets the magazine through her phone. The last call was to her mother and she will only say it was interesting and funny. Her screensaver is a photograph of her brothers, sisters and grandmother, which is her answer to who matters most. The last message was to an aunt, about what she had for tea. The last picture she took was of an old-style spacer inhaler, sent to her asthmatic mother as a joke about being told to grab it. Facebook is her favourite platform because what people post keeps her grounded, she had just downloaded a Sam Smith track, and her guilty pleasure is a takeaway curry.
