England World Cup Preview: Toni Duggan

Manchester City striker Toni Duggan, who scored four goals to guide England Under-19s to Euro success in 2009 and scored the WSL goal of the season in 2014, has booked her family’s trip to Canada. They attend every City home and away game, she says, so she thought she would treat them, and there is nothing better than having family in the stadium; her mother’s first flight was to Sweden for Euro 2013 and she has since overcome her fear. The item she cannot do without is a plaque her grandmother gave her before she passed away, saying how much she is there for her. She takes home no souvenirs beyond memories, dislikes the music questions, keeps things simple with poached eggs on toast before matches, and packs three pairs of boots.
